Good week with the volume climbing and getting to connect with some old friends.
Monday - hit the paved trails in Shawnee Mission Park and core – 10 miles
Tuesday – track work and easy 2nd run – 13.33 miles
Wednesday – easy run and core
Thursday - progression run increasing pace every 10 minutes – 11 miles
Friday - recovery run – 4 miles
Saturday - Chicago Lakefront with my buddy Caleb – 23 miles
Sunday – medium long run – 16 miles
Total – 85.5 miles and 12.37 hours of total training
Felt really good all week, even up to my last mile of the week on Sunday. Heading out to Sheridan, WY to pace my buddy John Cash at Big Horn. Can’t wait, he’s lined up to throw down in mountains!
